Devon Brunson
Devon is a 200-hour RYT, speech-language pathologist, and cognitive rehabilitation specialist whose work is rooted in accessibility, nervous system support, and authentic human connection. With a background in neurodiversity-affirming care and acquired neurological rehabilitation, Devon brings a deeply compassionate and holistic perspective to movement, mindfulness, and wellness.
Drawing from over 10 years of clinical experience supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental and acquired neurological conditions, Devon’s teaching style emphasizes choice, adaptability, interoceptive awareness, and sustainable self-care. Shaped by both clinical expertise and lived understanding of how stress, burnout, sensory overwhelm, chronic conditions, and cognitive fatigue affect the body and mind, her classes are intentionally inclusive and designed to help students reconnect with their bodies without performance-based expectations. Through accessible movement, grounding practices, and restorative stillness, Devon creates welcoming spaces where students can explore regulation, resilience, and self-awareness at their own pace.
